1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, SVG kinetic artworks, button icons, and code, is the property of Webintellica or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorised replication is strictly prohibited.

3. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

4. PROJECT AGREEMENTS

Any web design, development, or consulting work undertaken by Webintellica is subject to a separate, formal master service agreement (MSA) signed by both parties prior to commencement.

5. CARE PLANS

These terms apply to our monthly website care plans (Essential, Growth, Ecommerce and Custom).

You own it.

Your domain, your content and your Google accounts are yours. If you leave, you get a full copy of your website and admin access, and 30 days to move. Then we remove our access.

12-month plan, paid in advance.

Pay monthly in advance, or yearly upfront at 11 months' price. Prices are per website, + GST if applicable. Leaving before the 12 months are up: the remaining months are due, because the plan covers your free build and setup.

Prices fixed for 12 months.

We give 30 days' notice before any change at renewal.

Real numbers, every time.

Every report opens with one big number, such as "43 people tapped to call you this month", and shows the real numbers, including when they drop. Website stats always undercount a little (some visitors block tracking), so we show you trends, not exact totals.

No ranking promises.

We don't promise rankings. We promise the work and show you the results.

Reply time.

Reply time is our first reply with an estimate of when it will be done.

Website down.

Website down means your homepage isn't loading. We respond the same business day, or the next working day if it happens outside hours. Not covered: outages at our hosting provider, a domain you've let expire, or another service being down.

Backups.

Your website is backed up according to our hosting provider's backup policy.

Small changes.

One edit under 30 minutes, such as text, prices, images, hours or a menu item. Anything bigger gets a written quote first. Unused changes and blog posts don't carry over.

Not included.

Business email (we can set it up at cost plus a setup charge), advertising spend and social media posting, photo or video shoots and paid directory upgrades, bought links or fake reviews, redesigns, premium software licences (at cost) and domain fees.

Referrals.

Refer a business that signs up, and you get 1 month free.
